What you'll do
- Build data pipelines from teleop and autonomy
- Train and validate policies for fleet rollout
- Measure real-world improvement over time
What we're looking for
- Experience with large-scale ML training pipelines
- Understanding of imitation / reinforcement learning
- Bias toward shipping and measuring
About the role
This is a hands-on role on a small team where your work ships to real robots in real environments. You'll own meaningful surface area from day one and see it through to deployment. Compensation is competitive with meaningful equity.
